The Heat is on Indian Call Centers Yet Again

A very interesting entry on Fast Company’s blog site concerning some British companies moving their call centers back to Briton from India due to a high quantity of customer complaints.
There are some rather interesting points including:
“The issue has now become such a national bugbear some companies are using their UK-only call centre policy as a marketing tool. Natwest’s latest advertising campaign guarantees that customers speak to people in Barnsley or Cardiff, rather than Bombay or Calcutta.”
