Jeff, apologies for the random uninvited comment, but I was the person who raised the issue on the dfc General board regarding the security sandbox error. As far as I am concerned this issue has not been addressed by salesforce.com. The solution proposed was to change protocol to http and the endpoint to "http://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/14.0". I cannot change the protocol because my app requires ssl. The change to the endpoint has removed the issue with the security sandbox error, but now I get a login failure on every account that I use to access it, as do all of my users. Something is still not working.

Unfortunately I don't have the inside line with salesforce.com so I am here appealing to you on your blog to find out where I should go for help. I'm pulling my hair out as I now have no working production code, an increasingly upset user community and I'm running out of places to hide.

Would you consider putting me in touch with your contact at salesforce.com so I can pursue the matter further? I can be contacted directly at simon.palmer @ gmail.com or you can see my LinkedIn profile at http://www.linkedin.com/in/simonjpalmer.

Thanks in advance
