		<description>Ahhh, ok, that&#039;s much better! :-) That is normal operation with every release, they stop providing the WSDL file (on the API page in Setup for each org) for the previous version of the API. That doesn&#039;t mean that the previous API version is being deprecated/turned off, it just means that Salesforce won&#039;t generate a WSDL on-demand for the old API version. Make sense? Any apps pointing to SFDC API v16 will continue to work for a long time to come...</description>
