What a great class!! As a product manager, it was refreshing to pull my head out of the microcosm that is my specific product area and help a real person work through a set of problems that reached the full potential of the force.com platform. Many thanks to Jeff Douglas who helped the admin I was working with by creating a killer 'Deep Clone' apex class that saved the day!!
