Excited to hear you are writing a book on Google Wave.  Here are a few things that I would love to read
1) A chapter on the conceptual architecture - what are the pieces, where do they live, integration points etc,
2) Google Wave as it relates to other Google APIs with the idea of helping someone create the right mashups.
3) Security model both the theory and applications to a few common use cases
4) Enterprise application of Google Wave
